Raiding Addons (24/03/21)

Addons are very useful tools for helping you deal with the many challenges the game throws at you, changing your user interface(UI) to be more efficient and clean (less useless information), Giving extra notifications about fight mechanics (enemy attacks) or even telling which fish you still need for master angler (fishing every fish ).

Here is a comprehensive list of addons that are useful as of teh Flames of Ambition patch, please not that Raidnotifier, the best addon a few years ago for mechanics, is no longer being updated, so won't be included.

Addons for helping with general Mechanics

Code's Combat Alerts: Tells you about incoming mechanics AND how to deal with them (Roll dodge, block, e.c.t)

Bandit's UI: Bandi'ts does A LOT of things. it has a mechanics helper.

Addons for helping with gear sets

Alpha Gear: Allows you to pre setup gear sets and swap your WHOLE setup (including skills) with the press of 1 button or hotkey. (also charges weapons and repairs gear at vendors automatically)

Dressing room: : Allows you to pre setup gear sets and swap your WHOLE setup (including skills) with the press of 1 button or hotkey.

Bandit's UI : Allows you to pre setup gear sets and swap your WHOLE setup (including skills) with the press of 1 button or hotkey.

Auto recharge (and repair): Automatically charges enchants and repairs gear at vendors

Auto Eat, Recharge, Repair: Automatically charges enchants and repairs gear at vendors and eat food

Addons to help with casting skills

Action duration reminder: Shows you how long each skill has left before it runs out, very useful for DDs to maximise their uptimes

Harven's Potion Alert: Reminds you to drink potions to maximise Major Buff uptimes

Potion reminder: Reminds you to drink potions to maximise Major Buff uptimes

Roaring Opportunist: Shows you your Roaring Opportunist uptime AND when you can next reapply the buff

Untaunted: Shows you how much time you have left on ALL your taunts

Purge Tracker: Shows you when you need to purge

Srendarr- Aura, Buff and Debuff Tracker: Tracks your Auras, Buffs and Debuffs as well as a few other things.

Light attack helper: Helps you manage your light attack weaving

Maarselok helmet proc cooldown tracker: Tracks when you need to bash for the Maarselok Monster set.

WARNING: Hodor Reflexes: The best tracker for using Warhorns and Colossuses, However it comes with a Opt-out group DPS share. we do not want teh DPS share used in alith overtly so if you do have it activated please never mention other peoples DPS or %DPS

Addons to improve your user interface:

Bandit's UI: Extreme overhaul to many of teh games systems to improve nearly every aspect of the game.

AUI: Massive overhaul to your visuals to make it easier to win combats

JoGroup: Improves the group healthbars by showing roles and warhorns.

Lui: Massive overhaul to your visuals to make it easier to win combats

HowToBeam: Helps TEMPLARS use Radiant Oppresion

Crystal Fragments Prod: Help SORCERERS see and use Crystal fragment procs

Necromancer Tracker: Helps NECROMANCERS track the various corpses and skills they need.

Addons for specific Raids and Arenas:

Blackrose Prison helper: Shows ALL the mechanics of vBRP when paired with Code's Combat Alerts

Asylum Tracker: Tracks ALL the timings of Asylum Sanctorium. Perfect for raidleads.

Asylum Priority Target: Tells people what target to kill: Perfect for DDs (Raidleads may overcall the addon)

Asylum Sanctorium Status Panel: Tracks the various debuffs in AS helping you with purges,

Halls of Fabrication (Veteran) Status Panel: Tracks the various debuffs in vHoF

Open Glaza (Cloudrest Assistant): helps with nearly every aspect of cloudrest including portals, debuffs, add spawns and mechanics.

Medusa: Helps with CR+2/3 more than Open Glaza, but is not necessary if you have Open Glaza.

HowToSunspire: Tracks nearly every aspect of Sunspire.

Addons to show you statistics:

Combat metrics: Shows nearly every aspect of the fights you have from YOUR perspective. including buffs, resources, debuffs and even Light attack spacing.

WARNING: Lumberjack - Encounter Logger: Reminds you to start the ESO Logs. Please remember that we do not review, ask for or share logs in Alith, the logs and all information inside of them are not to be shared. You will be reprimanded should you abuse the logs.

Addons I HATE but are good:

AiM's Synergy Tracker: Allows you to block using synergies (helps with letting tanks get better alkosh uptimes and stops you using bad synergies)

Synergy Bloacker: Allows you to block using synergies (helps with letting tanks get better alkosh uptimes and stops you using bad synergies)

Synergy Toggel: Allows you to block using synergies (helps with letting tanks get better alkosh uptimes and stops you using bad synergies)
