Alith Legion Social Raids are designed for anyone looking to hang out and spend time with their fellow legionnaires while running through some fun PvE 12 person content. They are NOT learning runs so if you are looking to explore trials for the first time we strongly recommend you have a look at one of our Alith Legion Learning Raids to discover the tactics and to learn the ropes of the high level PvE trials of ESO with the guidance of our excellent Raid Leaders. You can find out more about our learning raids in our Raids Introduction.
These are casual raids, with no specific requirements or goals, exploring the various ESO trials (Aetherian Archives, Hel Ra Citadel, Sanctum Ophidia, Maw of Lorkhaj, Halls of Fabrication, Asylum Sanctorium, Cloudrest and Sunspire) at any difficulty level with an emphasis on spending time together. The raids won't have a fixed difficulty level as this will be the choice of the members attending, but it is expected that the majority will be normal mode runs. All members of all experience levels are welcomed to attend these raids. Our Raid Leaders will ensure that these are relaxed, casual, fun, pressure-free raids. While there are no requirements for attending, we strongly recommend you are aware of the mechanics of trials in advance since the focus of the raids will be the social aspect rather than teaching the trial. These raids are ideal for those who is familiar with ESO trials, or working on becoming confident with them and would like to enjoy the content with their fellow guild members.
You can read more about the types of raids available (including learning raids) at Legion Raids -> Raids Introduction or by clicking here.
These are our official guild social raids, and everyone is welcome to join. These runs are led by our guild Raid Leaders, ensuring that this is a relaxed, friendly, fun, pressure-free experience, just as you'd expect from an Alith Legion event! Although we want everyone to feel welcome to join the run, and experience with specific trials is not a requirement, we also want to do what we can to ensure your experience will be a positive one. So to avoid the distress of our members going through an unnecessary suicide run, we've come up with some basic requirements.
This is a social run, which means that mechanics won't necessarily be explained before each boss fight, however our supportive Raid Leaders will be able to answer questions assist the group with tactics if required. We also ask that you don't rush through the trial - follow the Raid Leader's instructions and allow them the time needed to make sure everyone in the group is ready and looked after.
Level requirement: No level requirement but we recommend a minimum of 160 champion points.
To prepare yourself for this challenging content and give us the best chance of success, please equip yourself with the best gear that you have available.
Awareness of the mechanics of ESO trials
What to bring along:
• Magicka/Stamina/Health/crafted potions of your preference.
• Food/drink of your choice.
• Soul Gems.
• Repair kits.
Remember to bring PLENTY of the above (e.g. 100 potions and soul gems, 7 repair kits and food to last for 3 hours). Fighting without these will not only increase your chance of dying - it'll also increase the risk of your party members dying.
Please make sure you have Discord installed and set up prior to the run. Let the Raid Leader or an Officer know if you still need to be approved for the Alith Legion Discord server. We require you to install it even if you don't have a microphone, just being able to hear instructions is a great help and very important. If you for some reason cannot use Discord or have difficulties with hearing instructions, let us know before the event so we can make other arrangements.
During the raid we would kindly request that we maintain Discord silence during the time the Raid Leader is organising the group. It's a challenging role for our raid leaders to lead, co-ordinate, and give instructions for a 12 person group, and impossible for them if everyone is talking over each other - so please show due respect and patience.
To better prepare you for your run, we welcome you to watch some of our raid video guides on our forum. They will help you familiarise yourself with the mechanics.
Trials can be a challenging experience and you should be prepared for some deaths. In case of death we would require for you to please remain patient, understanding, supportive and to not put unnecessary pressure on other group members. We Raid Leaders/Officers will of course do the same.
We cannot guarantee that the run will be successful so, we'd ask that you come along with a relaxed, casual attitude, and appreciate the fact that some runs will be successful, and some won't. Some members will be more experienced than others, and we don't want anyone to be made to feel like they're "not good enough". The key is for us to have fun, and not take the whole thing too seriously, so no raging please. Please notice the end time to the event: If the run isn't completed by that time, the run could be terminated. Please, do not be disheartened. Of course, you are more than welcome to sign up for the next available run!
How to sign up:
• All members who wish to join, should sign up and remember to state your role, level and champion point rank.
• If the event has reached maximum capacity you can still sign up as a reserve and may be invited to join if spaces become available. If there are enough reserves for an additional raid then a second (and third) group will be set up.
Please aim to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time since that designates the time we start the event. Invites for the group go out 15 minutes before the start and if you are not there by that time, you may risk being replaced. We can't hold up 11 other members as a result of 1 member running late.
Note that all calendar times are in CET (Central European Time).
We're looking forward to seeing you all at the run!
Regards Alith Legion Raid Leaders & Officers.
